Learning and Enablement Leader
As someone who has spent the last decade designing learning in complex organizations, I understand the positive impact that thoughtful, well-designed learning can have on an organization. I build learning programs that help people make sense of complex information and apply it confidently in their work, whether that’s through eLearning, instructor-led training, blended experiences or other enablement materials.
My work spans partner, technical, and customer education, and I’m especially comfortable working in environments where things are evolving quickly. I spend a lot of time translating complex or undocumented knowledge into clear, practical learning, and thinking about how individual courses fit into larger systems like certifications, LMSs, and content strategies.
I’ve led programs end to end, collaborated closely with SMEs and cross-functional teams, and helped build structure in fast-changing environments. I also care about how teams work together. I regularly mentor teammates, act as a functional lead on shared initiatives, and look for ways, including thoughtful use of AI, to improve how we work without sacrificing quality.

I live in the Pacific Northwest, where I spend as much time as I can hiking, backpacking, and being outside. Time in nature is where I reset, think through problems, and step away from screens for a bit — often with my dog along for the adventure.
Earlier in my life, I sought out opportunities to live and learn in different countries, and that curiosity about unfamiliar environments still shapes how I approach my work today.
As a lifelong learner, I'm continuously expanding my interests and skill set. I deeply value equity and inclusion, social justice, critical thinking, and evidence-based communication.
